WHAT IS THE MISSION FRONT?
Faith Your Child Practices Outside the Classroom
The Mission Front (TMF) is Capstone's outreach ministry for students in Kindergarten through 7th grade. Your child doesn't just learn about missions here — they pray, serve, and share Christ alongside people already doing that work in our city. Through hands-on ministry, biblical discipleship, and leadership development, TMF equips students to live out the Great Commission at home, at school, and in the community.
From September through May, students partner with local churches, missionaries, ministries, and community organizations through evangelism, prayer, compassion ministries, and service projects. Every outreach moves students from learning about missions to taking part in God's work. TMF is how Capstone's World Changing Leaders carry what they learn on campus out into the city.

Outreach opportunities every month, September through May.
SEPTEMBER
Prep & Prayer Week
Capstone's students are educated in and equipped for outreach ministry, learning to be led by the Holy Spirit and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
OCTOBER
Pumpkin Patch Evangelism
Every Saturday evening, Capstone families share the Gospel with people at a local pumpkin patch.
NOVEMBER
IDOP & Operation Christmas Child
Capstone hosts an afternoon of testimonies, prayer, and worship for the persecuted church. Students pray over and pack shoeboxes for children in other countries.
DECEMBER
Christmas at St. Jude's Ranch
Our children and families bring a Christmas program, cocoa, and crafts to the children of St. Jude's Ranch in Boulder City.
JANUARY
Setting the Captives Free & Coat Drive
Students serve hot meals, warm coats, and blankets alongside a downtown homeless ministry.
FEBRUARY
Bible & Bingo
Students share Scripture, prayer, and Christian Bingo with senior neighbors.
MARCH
March in Mercy
With P23 Church, students pray for neighbors and serve homes near our Southeast Las Vegas campus.
APRIL
YWAM Day Trip
Students tour Youth With A Mission Las Vegas and hear firsthand testimony from missionaries.
MAY
Recap & Movie Night
Students and families come together to reflect and give thanks for a year full of growth, service, prayer, and action.

Student Ambassadors: Lead. Create. Serve.
Student Ambassadors are servant-leaders who help organize outreach events, welcome new students, encourage participation, assist ministry teams, and model Christlike leadership on campus and in the community.

Safety and Supervision
You'll always know where your child is and who they're with. Approved Capstone staff and trained adult volunteers supervise every outreach, supervision is matched to age, and we send schedules, locations, and expectations ahead of each event.

Each $20 mission patch stands for one outreach a student served. Every patch supports the ministry it represents and funds the next year's patches.

Cost varies by event. Event details and any costs are shared with families before each outreach.
Families register for each outreach through SignUpGenius. Event details, transportation, and meeting locations are shared through GroupMe before each event.
Yes — outreach means more when a family serves together, and you're welcome to join your child whenever a spot is open.
Approved Capstone staff and trained adult volunteers supervise every outreach, and everyone follows The Mission Front's code of conduct. See Safety and Supervision above.
