Create Your Account
Begin the application process by creating your account. You'll set up a login and verify your email.

Complete & Submit Application
Fill out the application at your own pace — it autosaves as you go. A green checkmark appears as each section is completed. Submit and pay the application fee when ready.

Welcome to the Family
Approved applicants receive an acceptance letter, enrollment packet, and a Family Intake Meeting appointment to finalize enrollment.

We believe every family who desires a Christ-centered education should have access to one. Capstone offers internal scholarships and can connect you with external grant programs.
Capstone Financial Aid Program
Families must first apply and be accepted to Capstone, then apply for our financial aid program.
Nevada Opportunity Scholarship
Up to $9,300 for eligible K-12 families. An extensive list of financial assistance available through grants and other scholarship programs.

Admissions FAQ
We accept applications year-round, though we encourage families to begin the process early as space is limited. Most families complete the process within 2-3 weeks from initial application to acceptance.
Some grade levels may have waiting lists. We encourage you to apply early to secure your child's spot. Contact us at (702) 463-9350 for current availability.
You'll meet our staff, see classrooms in action, learn about our curriculum and programs, and get a feel for our Christ-centered community. Tours typically last 30-45 minutes and can be scheduled daily.
Yes! While most families enroll before the school year begins, we welcome applications throughout the year based on availability.
You'll need: birth certificate, immunization records (or exemption forms), standardized test scores or transcripts, teacher reference letter, and clergy reference letter or parent statement of faith.
The application fee is $50 and is paid during the 'Review & Submit' step of the online application. An annual registration fee is also due at enrollment: $200 for preschool and $600 for elementary.
Yes! Capstone offers the Capstone Financial Aid Program, and families may also qualify for external grants and scholarships including the Nevada Opportunity Scholarship (up to $9,300 for eligible K-12 families).
