Sally Shin joined Capstone Christian Academy’s team in 2020 shortly before the Serene Campus was purchased to assist in opening the school, and her 17 years of being an entrepreneur and building businesses in Los Angeles, mainly in the Hospitality Industry, has been a great asset to the team. 

 

Sally’s wide array of business experiences such as property management, flipping homes and overseeing renovations, startup business consulting, and managing operations for enterprises has given her the experience of wearing and juggling many hats. 

 

Her main expertise is training new hires and continually improving workflow to maximize resources and eliminate waste.

After accepting Christ in 1990 at a Junior High retreat, she has been on fire for the Lord and has really risen as a leader to disciple and mentor many.  Since 2011, Sally led a Mom’s Prayer Group at her daughters’ elementary school, mentored female college students and young adult ladies in life group and one on one settings.   In the workplace, she mentored her staff and raised leaders in each department she managed.

Sally has a powerful testimony of battling and conquering her addictions. She has journeyed through tough life struggles that has strengthened her walk with the Lord. Since moving to Las Vegas in 2019, she has found her church home at The Crossing and has been a co-leader for Rooted group.  She is a single mother of two beautiful daughters that are both active in club soccer.

Sally is excited to be a part of Capstone’s fabulous team and utilize her startup business experience to get Capstone off the ground and running!
